Isaac is a new member of our support team, dedicated to helping clients quickly resolve technical challenges. Being homeschooled gave him the freedom to dive into subjects that sparked his curiosity, fueling a love of learning that shapes his approach to IT. He’s especially passionate about making people feel valued and supported through every interaction.
Outside of work, Isaac enjoys building computers from the ground up and being the go-to “IT guy” for friends and family. At Goodwin PC, he’s excited to keep growing his knowledge while providing outstanding support to our customers.
We asked Isaac a few questions so you can get to know him a little better!
What attracted you to Goodwin PC?
The incredible work environment and the opportunity to learn! I was drawn to a team that truly supports each other and encourages growth. I knew Goodwin PC would give me the chance to expand my IT knowledge while also contributing to the positive, collaborative atmosphere at the office and in the field.
What do you consider your greatest strength?
Hospitality! I really enjoy making people feel seen, understood and valued. Whether it’s a client needing support or a teammate needing help, I love creating a space where everyone feels respected and cared for.
What is your favorite food?
I love breakfast sandwiches! They’re my go-to comfort food.
What is your favorite drink?
Coffee, specifically a cappuccino.
What current person do you look up to and why?
I really look up to my manager at my previous workplace, Mikayla. She prioritizes giving every person on her team opportunities to grow, regardless of skill level, and she has a unique way of helping each person highlight their individual strengths. I try to carry that same philosophy into my work.
What is something unique about you that makes you stand out?
I’ve been in customer service for almost ten years, which has helped me get really good at reading people and anticipating what they need. It’s a skill that comes in handy whether I’m solving technical issues or making someone feel welcome.
Do you have any skills or talents?
I’m a two-time latte art champion and have been a barista for about eight years! I love the creativity and precision involved in making coffee look as good as it tastes.
That’s Isaac in a nutshell. He can’t wait to keep the conversation going with you!
