
This week was a full one. Between supporting our clients’ email needs, keeping security updates on schedule, and making sure files were right where they needed to be, the team stayed busy doing what we do best ... keeping businesses running without disruption.
We also had the privilege of attending the ribbon cutting for a realty group in Olive Branch and the Southaven Chamber luncheon, where we heard from the CEO of Memphis International Airport. We also celebrated as a team with a well-earned lunch after meeting our January goals!

When a manufacturing client let us know that a team member was having trouble sending emails outside the office, we got right to work. We reviewed the account settings, remoted into the workstation to assess the setup, and identified a configuration that needed updating. We made the adjustment, ensured all previous emails and folders carried over seamlessly, and followed up directly with the client to confirm everything was running smoothly. Their team member was back to full productivity without missing a beat.

This week we scheduled security updates for firewalls across 21 client locations. This is the kind of proactive support that keeps businesses protected and systems performing at their best. Our clients don’t have to think about it, because we already are.
Supporting a Smooth Transition
A retail client needed files moved from her work system to her local computer. We handled the setup, ensured everything transferred successfully, and reached out directly to walk her through what to expect. She wrapped up the week with everything in order and the confidence of knowing her team is always just a call away.
