Good Wins: February 23-27 | IT Support Highlights from the Mid-South

It was a steady, productive week for our team.

We set up new users, repaired a few problem machines, approved secure access for several teams, and kept tickets moving so our clients could stay focused on their work.

In between all of that, we took time to celebrate a few things internally, too.

We recognized birthdays for Jacco and Courtney and celebrated Donnie’s three-year work anniversary, which gave us a good excuse to enjoy Tacos-N-Ganas, 2 Crazy Fellas, and Humdingers throughout the week.

We also recently joined the Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce and have started getting more involved in the Hernando community. Courtney attended Chamber 101 this week to learn more about the area, meet other local business owners, and better understand how we can serve businesses there well.

New Accounts Set Up and Ready

A retail client reached out needing two new email accounts configured for new team members. We handled the setup, assigned the correct licenses, and walked him through the login details over the phone.

Before the call ended, both accounts were live and ready to go.

Diagnosing the Real Problem

A manufacturing client brought in a workstation that had been slow and crashing. Instead of guessing, our team worked through it step by step, upgraded the memory, and identified a failing hard drive as the root issue.

After reviewing options together, we replaced the drive and made sure the system had what it needed to run reliably moving forward.

Secure Access Without the Back-and-Forth

Several clients needed specific applications approved for their teams this week. We reviewed each request, confirmed everything met security standards, granted access through our portal, and followed up to make sure it was working properly.

Quick turnaround. No disruption to their day.
