Good Wins: March 16-20 | IT Support Highlights from the Mid-South
March has been a busy one, especially with events around the community.
This week, Courtney participated in the City of Olive Branch Mayor’s Youth Council, sharing about her career in marketing and the importance of community involvement. The students were incredibly impressive, and it was a great experience being part of it.
We also had the opportunity to sponsor the Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce Annual Member Event. We heard from Mr. Kenneth McKinney, enjoyed a great meal from Whispering Woods, and celebrated the businesses and individuals who invest so much into our community.
Now, here’s how we helped some of our customers this week:
Internet Outage Support – Contractor Industry Customer
When one of our contractor customers lost internet due to an AT&T outage, work came to a halt. With so much relying on connectivity, even a short disruption can slow everything down.
As soon as the alert came through, our team jumped in to confirm the issue and stabilize their environment. We went on-site to reconfigure their failover internet so their team could stay operational, then worked directly with AT&T to track the outage and ensure everything was fully restored.
The result was minimal downtime and a team that could keep working, even during an outage outside of their control.
Antivirus Alert – Marketing Industry Customer
A customer received an alert tied to a suspicious email attachment.
We investigated and confirmed it was part of a phishing attempt, but it had already been quarantined by their security tools. We verified the device was secure and properly closed out the alert.
The result was no disruption and no further risk.
OneDrive & SharePoint Sync Issues – Law Firm Customer
A law firm customer was having trouble accessing and organizing files due to syncing issues.
We reinstalled OneDrive, restored syncing, and worked with their team to make sure everything was functioning as expected. When a follow-up issue came up, we stayed with them until it was fully resolved.
The result was a smoother workflow and a team that could get back to work without frustration.
And a review we’re especially grateful for:
