Five Years of Davis
This week, we celebrated Davis' five-year work anniversary with Goodwin PC. Five years of showing up, solving problems, and genuinely caring for the people he serves — customers and teammates alike. That kind of dedication means a lot to this team, and we're grateful to have him. Here's to many more, Davis.
We're Running the LoveWell 5K — Come Join Us
We're getting ready for the Redeemer's Group's LoveWell 5K & Festival at the end of the month. We've got some fun things planned for our vendor booth, and we'll have a team of 14 running the race. We'd love to see you out there.

New Laptop, No Roadblocks
Ms. E, a customer in the manufacturing industry, reached out for help setting up her new laptop. She had run into a Microsoft account login prompt during setup and wasn't sure how to move forward. Team Lead Jacco walked her through a command to bypass that step, and setup continued without any issues.
Ms. E confirmed the solution worked exactly as she'd hoped.

Keeping AutoCAD Running Without Interruption
Mr. A, a customer from the construction industry, reported that his laptop was freezing during AutoCAD sessions and needed some answers. Project Specialist Jordan remotely accessed the workstation and reviewed the Event Viewer, where he found an error pointing to potential CPU or power delivery instability under load.
Jordan adjusted the performance settings to address the issue, confirmed the BIOS was current, and installed a monitoring application to track CPU temperatures going forward. He closed out the session by walking Mr. A through his findings and outlining next steps if the issue came back.
